Website visits

We use Vercel Analytics to understand general site traffic and performance. Vercel may process technical information about your visit, such as your browser, device, and approximate location. Cooke & Co does not use this information to build advertising profiles.

AI assistant messages

When you send a message, the text and recent conversation context are sent through our website server to Anthropic so the assistant can generate a reply. The conversation is held in your browser memory while the page is open. Reloading or leaving the page clears it from your browser.

Cooke & Co does not write the full chat transcript to its own database. Our service providers may process or log information under their own terms. We also use your IP address for an abuse-prevention counter that normally expires after one hour.

Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential business information in the chat.

Inquiries you choose to send

The assistant will not send an inquiry unless you provide your name, email address, and business name, review the proposed summary, and confirm that you want it sent. After you confirm, those details and the approved summary are sent through Resend to Justin Cooke and retained as ordinary business email so he can reply.
